Our Story
Ward Wood Products Inc. began in 1991 by Dale and Kathy Ward and their son Scott.
Dale had worked in the custom cabinet industry for 33 years prior and Scott had experience in framing and trimming houses and also in sales.
We opened with just four employees, plus Dale and Scott worked in all aspects of the company from sales to manufacturing to delivery. In 1997 we moved to our current location in Southwest OKC and in 2001 started a second shift.
Since beginning that second shift, our team manufactures cabinets every weekday from 8 in the morning to 12:30 at night. We have an experienced 7-person sales and drafting team to assist you in the design of your cabinets.
We are so blessed to have such long-tenured employees — four team members have been with us more than 30 years, 37 team members more than 20 years, multiple team members with more than 10 years.
Our experienced and hard-working crew is driven by a passion for quality and they take pride in their work. They truly are the backbone of this company.
In 2021 Scott’s son Thomas came aboard while earning his Construction Science degree from The University of Oklahoma. Our goal is to continue to provide quality custom cabinets for our customers for years to come.
